About Me
I provide nutrition counseling at the Health Department as well as through Piedmont Health
Services. I have been with the health department since January of 2014. Prior to coming to Orange County I was with the Wake County Women, Infants, and Children Program (WIC) program for six years. I believe in a holistic approach to one's well being and work together with individuals of all ages in meeting goals that are attainable and effective.
