Orange County Public Transportation will be hosting 3 public outreach meetings to inform the public of proposed services changes. Dates, Times and Locations are listed below:

Tuesday, September 18 • 6PM - 8PM

Wednesday, September 19 • 6pm - 8pm
Efland-Cheeks Community Center, 117 Richmond Rd, Efland

Orange County Public Transportation provides a variety of public transportation services to the residents of Orange County including:

Demand Response Service:

  • Transportation provided by Rural Operating Assistance Program (ROAP) Funding:
    • Elderly and Disabled Medical Transportation (EdTap)
    • Rural General Public (RGP)
    • EMPL (Department of Social Service: Work First)
  • Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (Medicaid)
  • Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

Fixed Routes:

    • Hillsborough Circulator
    • Orange – Alamance Connector
    • Orange – Chapel Hill Connector

Orange County Public Transportation operates its programs without regard for race, color, or national origin.
