  1. An Up and Close Experience with the Chapel Hill Nine - Seymour

    June 26, 2019, 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM @ Seymour Center

    In the spirit of Juneteenth, the Chapel Hill Nine will share their liberating moment that took place in 1960 during the segregation period. Four of the nine history makers will share their stories and experiences the day they decided to sit down and demand service at a lunch counter in Chapel Hill. At the conclusion of the presentation, you will have the opportunity to meet and greet them over light refreshments and to take photos.
