    February 27, 2019, 6:00 PM - 7:15 PM @ Main Library, Hillsborough

In honor of Black Histories & Futures Month, we’ll listen to guest poets read poems by well-known African American writers such as Maya Angelou, Langston Hughes, and Lucille Clifton. Following questions and discussion, those attending will have the opportunity to share by reading an original poem they’ve written around this month's theme. We’ll end with all of us contributing ideas, lines, and words to create our own poem. For more information and to register, visit bit.ly/everybodypoetry or call 919-245-2536.
