2. Instructions
   The Orange County Board of Commissioners voted Feb. 16 to formally begin the disengagement process with Cardinal Innovations as its Local Management Entity/Managed Care Organization (LME/MCO), a local political subdivision of the state that manages mental health, traumatic brain injury, substance use and intellectual/developmental disability services. The county will accept public comment for 60 days through midnight April 18.
