Health & Wellness
Health and Wellness is a program of the Department on Aging that offers an array of services, ranging from massages to free blood pressure screenings. We also offer many fitness classes like yoga, aerobics, tai chi, and much more.
Currently on site programs have been SUSPENDED due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Visit our FIT SENIORS page for "at home" health and wellness program options and check out the Senior Times to find out more about what we offer, including class schedules and locations.
